Choi is the chief extraction officer of the Common Folk Group of Companies. He has been in the coffee industry for almost 10 years as a cafe owner and coffee roaster. He believes that local coffee farmers should be empowered to earn a living wage which can be done by purchasing local quality coffee beans at a fair and equitable price. Choi endeavors to champion Philippine coffee by making it available for more consumers and educating more people about its great potential.
